JL Audio has just launch the new HX280/4 amp geared for vehicles with limited space. This amp will fit nicely in a faring or saddlebag. 

The HX amplifier will have a very small footprint (8.66″ x 3.09″ x 1.77″), but will pack a lot of power! The same NexD™ Class D technology that is found in their wildly popular XD line of amplifiers will be featured in the HX line. The amp will be water-resistant (IPX6 rating), corrosion-resistant, and will feature a cast aluminum chassis with stainless-steel hardware.

The 4 channel model will produce 70W x 4 @ 2 ohms, or 50W x 4 @ 4 ohms (RMS, with less than 1% THD+N). The amp will be fully bridgeable, so it can be used as a three channel amplifier, or as a very powerful 2 channel amplifier (120W x2 @ 4 ohms). There will also be a companion monoblock (1 channel) amplifier with 300W of power at 2 ohms!
